JEN AMANN
Jen, stylist and owner of Eclipse Salon, began cutting hair in high school. With little experience and a drive for design, she was the go-to girl for a cut, style and even funky color, whether she knew what she was doing or not.
As an adult, Jen studied cosmetology in Greensboro, NC. Over the years, she has attended countless Bumble & Bumble training events in NYC, has participated in intensive Davines color training, and studied with Hair Police in Minneapolis. A master of color, Jen truly understands the chemistry behind dye and the processes involved.
An appointment with Jen goes beyond artistry – it’s a conversation between friends, giving her the ability to understand who you are, and resulting in a unique style catered specifically to you. Another specialty of Jen’s – she loves the odd challenge of fixing a terrible haircut, given specific parameters and creating a masterpiece.
Outside of work, Jen has a passion for dancing and traveling. She is also a “glamping” connoisseur – a master in the art of glamorous camping.
